“Ausekļu dzirnavas” has become a part of the new culinary tourism offering “The Rye Road” - it invites everyone to the countryside to enjoy the taste and smell of freshly baked rye bread by a warm bread oven. Baking real rye bread in a bread oven. For groups of up to 12 persons.

An educational creative workshop in making pierogies (6 pierogies per person) and tasting them with tea or a tasting of the “Ausekļu dzirnavas” pancakes.

Creative Workshop at Bread House – making sweet buns or decorating gingerbread and tasting them with tea/coffee.

Rent a canoe or a kayaks to enjoy the nature of Latvia's southern border by boating in Zemgale's most beautiful river, Mēmele!

We provide canoes and their equipment (oars, life jackets, waterproof bags for the storage of personal items).

Boating routes are offered: in Mēmele, Iecava, Dienvidsusēja rivers.
