Wedding day - a special day for two loving hearts! We invite you to spend an unforgettable day at the “Ausekļu dzirnavas”. A beautiful place for wedding celebration and stop – the mill grounds is a fantastic opportunity to get married, dance the first dance, create a special photo session, participate in an interesting newlyweds program, make a wish on the Iecava River Bridge and the 3 other bridges in the museum's grounds.
Place of celebration
We offer to celebrate weddings at the Watermill house Banquet Hall (up to 65 people) and accommodations for 54 people. The catering can be provided by associated caterers.
Nature can be enjoyed at all seasons at “Ausekļu dzirnavas”.

Newlyweds event
An hour-long newlyweds event - an attractive and exciting attraction for both the new couple and guests!
Guests are welcome to participate in activities under supervision of the museum's owner, who will examine the skills of the young wife and husband before starting a life together. Guests have a free access to a vintage country farm with a forge in which they can forge a coin of happiness or pour a metal token of happiness for their married life. Dance a first dance in a barn, in Grandma's room, and fold in the dowry chest, measure happiness in the water mill, learning some secrets of harmonious family life, and enjoy many more different, interesting quests. Have a snack and rise a glass of champagne (your own or provided by our caterers) to a toast in the Tea house.
Event for newlyweds in the museum (up to one hour) – EUR 100,00 + EUR 1,50 per guest.
Place for a ceremony
Ausekļu dzirnavu sētā iespēja rīkot laulību ceremoniju brīvi izvēlētā vietā, piemēram, Tējas namiņā, uz ūdensdzirnavu saliņas, estrādes.
